Here is Buenos Aires, Argentina, a huge city with lots of people, smells, and personality.  The arrogance and attitude of the argentine people is quite remarkable, but one shouldn't confuse arrogance with pride, or maybe you can, who knows, well maybe they are both arrogant and prideful or maybe they just have a certain South American pizzazz.  Maybe words cannot describe the personality of the argentine people, they are just unique, colorful, interesting people.  Like they city itself the argentine people are full of sounds, attitudes, and drama.
